It all started 19 years ago on a Weber kettle, once that slab of ribs hit that grate it was love at first spice! Since then I've worked on my craft with different smokers and competing in competitions around Texas winning a few awards with my BBQ Team Thin Blue Smokery. It wasn't until 2016 I decided to put together all my hard work into a catering company, and Thin Blue Smokery was established as a business. We offer the highest quality meats and ingredients this great state has to offer, using locally grown produce as much as possible.
