As a full service food catering company we provide real china plates, ss flatware, 10 oz hard plastic tumblers, servers, carving onsite, tea & water, napkins, bbq sauce, pickles & onions, set up/breakdown of our own equipment. We do not serve alcohol, roll out tables, drop table cloths but we will set our own SS flatware, napkins & bbq sauce. Please seek a event staff for serving alcohol, setting up tables, table cloths, and end of night clean up. The most common package consist of two meats and three sides ranging from $15-$35 and up a person.
For our full service to cater any event it's a $1,000 minimum for us to come to you with our equipment and staff. The premium service previously mentioned above it $14 dollar a person, that is not including cost of product. For a less expensive service option with disposable plates, plastic ware, plastic cups we offer our gold standard service for $11 a head service charge. Any package can be created for any parties needs. Please allow a 72 hour notice for all catering events, a contract must be signed and deposit paid for every catering event we do. We do offer a setup drop off of pre sliced meats, wire chafers, sternos, plastic serving utensils, plastic dinnerware, durable plates, plastic cups, sweet tea, pickles, onions & bbq sauce. The cost for this setup drop off is $500 and our delivery charge. We do offer a total drop off that I will pre slice the meat and drop it off to you. You are responsible with setup, the cost for this is $200 for pre carving of meats and a delivery fee.
All meats are smoked over thin blue oak smoke for a number of hours until tender and pulled off at the right time to allow for a long rest so that the end result is nothing shy of heaven.

Our sides are all made with better ingredients such as coconut oil and olive oil apposed to canola oil. We use grass fed butter instead of margarine. Local clover honey for our cornbread and we make our own dressing for our slaw and potato salads. Here at TBS we believe its the little things that count and that's why we choose to be different.

These are all handmade and take some time, once again we use higher end ingredients such as thick center cut bacon, large shrimp and Italian mozzarella balls submerged in olive oil not water. Again you start with the best ingredients you can find and the end products speak for themselves.
