Our Custom Smoker

This is our 26' custom smoker built to accommodate large and small parties. For on site live fire cooking, whole hogs, porchetta, ribeye steaks, fish fries and a whole lot more. It's a $500 fee to bring this on site and cook for private parties. We can virtually cook anything you could possibly think of. It truly takes your event to the next level when you have a true pit boss cooking in front of everyone!
